Package and return any regularly stocked merchandise to the original shipper within thirty (30) days of the shipping date for a full refund, credit, or exchange. All sale, clearance, and special order items may not be returned for any reason other than being defective. 

A copy of the receipt, packing slip, or invoice should accompany all returns. Include your request for a refund, exchange, or replacement.
